The Enterprise Marketing Insights Lead is responsible for delivering insights to optimize campaign marketing efforts for Adobe’s Document Cloud for Enterprise business. In this position you will join a high-performance team to integrate quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate marketing performance, leading to optimized marketing campaigns to grow and retain enterprise customers. This is an individual contributor role with a requirement to be an authority in B2B, account-based marketing, digital strategies, and pipeline creation drivers.
The position will work closely with campaign marketers to understand marketing objectives, translate them into appropriate metrics that will showcase the health of the campaign and recommend/consult on strategies for optimization.
Understand key business priorities, marketing goals, customer segments, decision drivers and hypotheses, to craft performance metrics.
Deliver ongoing insights on campaign metrics with recommendations for optimization.
Support quarterly marketing performance reviews.
Conduct analyses and synthesis on strategic programs to drive awareness, customer engagement and pipeline.
Synthesize media and marketing effectiveness data, collaborating with others in and outside of the Adobe Marketing and Customer Insights (MCI) team.
Develop and drive adoption of account targeting tools that support pipeline creation strategies.
You are an authority in B2B marketing strategies to drive customer awareness, consideration, engagement and pipeline. Experience with account-based marketing strategies is desired.
Marketing measurement expertise including experience in digital marketing measurement across channels: search, email, advertising, social media, PR, web, etc. Ability to consult/advise on marketing programs/efforts.
An ability to synthesize analytics and research results into clear insights on marketing performance that guides actionable decisions.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to extract data from big data environments (Hadoop) and perform statistical analyses in Excel and/or R.
Skilled at visualizing analyses and conveying executive-level, data-driven insights with strong communication and presentation skills.
Leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across functional teams to deliver insights and observations on customers and marketing effectiveness.
Ideally 8+ years of work experience.
BS/BA in business, marketing, economics, or similar. MBA and/or Management Consulting experience desired.
Experience working for a leading technology company, a strategy/management consulting organization, a digital agency or a corporate marketing department strongly desired.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe products (particularly Adobe Analytics) preferred.
Some experience using data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) is nice-to-have.
